Our CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability will provide you with a nationally recognised qualification that is highly regarded within the sector. This course will prepare you for work as a direct care worker, or supervisor, helping and supporting clients so that they can reach their full potential.
To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.

This qualification reflects the role of workers in a range of education settings, including public and independent schools and community education settings, who provide assistance and support to teachers and students under broad-based supervision. Some job roles may require tasks to be performed with a moderate level of autonomy and/or the provision of supervision/leadership to other staff/volunteers.

The co-contribution fee charged for a qualification represents the total cost to the student and include any enrolment charges (such as identification card charges), tuition fees, services fees, materials fees and all other costs associated with delivering the training and assessment services and awarding the qualification. This includes costs associated with criminal history checks which may be a prerequisite for vocational placement and employment in certain occupations.
