Course Overview

The BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed to help students plan, execute, and evaluate their work and the work of a team. Students will learn to apply specialised skills, knowledge, and experience in leadership and management practises to a variety of enterprises and industries.

Students will learn the ins and outs of leadership and management through initiative, judgement, and accountability. Students will gain fantastic communication and conceptual skills, giving them the ability to communicate with a wide range of personnel, express their ideas, and respond to difficult situations in the workplace.


Entry Requirements

Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:

Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions).

or

Have two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
